Kohler 1148629 BC Replacement Part Review

Not only is this hose harder to find than most standard replacement hoses. The hose had a noticeable dent in the tip after removing the protective plastic cap it got stuck in. But since I need a sink I installed it to see if it leaked and it didn't, so I figured it didn't. difficult to remove and replace. I just wanted everything to be as it was described from the start.

I ordered this in September 2019 to replace a hose that was leaking from the spout of a faucet I had installed for many months in July 2016. It's March 2020 and I need another replacement hose for the same injector leak problem. This is clearly a weak point in the design of the Kohler device. This item was ordered to replace an existing faucet hose that was leaking. During the checkout process, I was able to save $20 by purchasing a used item instead of a new one. The item was in its original packaging during use and looked like new.
