The laptop cannot be sold

It was the worst experience with a laptop. While the price is attractive, the shipping cost that the seller charged me to return it is not worth it. The laptop does not support Windows. The simple task of opening a blank Excel spreadsheet when opening the browser caused the laptop to freeze. After 3 hours of trying to download the internet browser, I put it back in the box and sent it back. But of course the seller knows the product is a scam so I'm still waiting and probably won't get a refund. At best, it had to be a Chromebook or an e-reader.
