Unbelievable. Silicone is truly non-stick, the dishes will not be deformed. My wife is a cook; I'm a cleaner and wanted something that was easier to clean than the standard Williams box, keg and Sonoma she bought. That fits the bill and she's happy with the cooking. Old pans are now under our 1952 MG-TD collecting drips of oil. You didn't ask, but I'll tell you anyway. My wife is a wonderful and imaginative cook. I will do my best to encourage continuation of this effort, including daily meals so she can focus on eating. I also do most of my grocery shopping as their money related inventions can get out of control. That's a great compromise. I live like a king with the help of a dishwasher. Hey, I used to be a dishwasher for your sorority in college a long time ago. (Best spot on campus for three squares a day and a steady stream of classmates.) That's where we met, both realizing a lot when we found it. Same goes for these Chicago Metallic Pans - great value and great product.
