Use these pans for five months mainly for frying bacon in the oven at 400 degrees. We've always tried to use scratch-free utensils and scratch-free cleaning cloths. Very light stains did appear over time, but these were cosmetic only and did not affect the performance of the pan. However, last week the non-stick coating started peeling off as shown in the picture. I think I'll try a different brand next time.

By far the worst pan I've ever had! The first set I had I used maybe 2 times before the coating started to blister and peel off. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I filed a claim on their website and they sent me a new set for free (great customer service!). same result blistering and peeling! Don't waste money! Buy pans at Walmart. Of course there is better quality than this!

I've had them for a little over a month and they are swollen and worn out. They were fine for the first two uses, but then I placed 2 layers of foil over the top of the pan, 4.5 pounds of wire mesh for the ribs, then 2 layers of foil over the top of the ribs and sealed them. I cooked them for 4 hours. Hours at 250 and then 30 minutes at 450. No one guarantees damage to product specifications, especially to this extent. It was a great price at the time of purchase (probably still is). The first time I used it I cooked chicken wings on the grill. When I went to clean the pan, the chicken fat was burned to the bottom. When trying to clean it, the baked-on grease took the non-stick coating with it. From that point on I put wax paper on to catch the drips and the second pan was fine. I ordered this set, one pan had the coating seething on the SECOND use. I returned the kit and received a replacement kit (trouble). The pan liner had blisters the FIRST time with the replacement kit. I have never used any of the pots above 350 degrees, which is below the maximum temperature stated in the instructions for use. I bought these after doing a little research on pans that don't warp or bend easily as our last set was badly warped. First, these are heavy pans, and I immediately took that as a good sign. We've used ours several times a week and so far none of them have bent, warped or changed shape in any way. I love these cookie cutters, but they're not just for cookies anymore. I've had them for a few years now and they still look great. They are durable and wash well. My husband and I watch a lot of cooking shows and they always have great griddles. Now that we love to cook we knew this would be a great addition to our gourmet kitchen. Unbelievable. Silicone is truly non-stick, the dishes will not be deformed. My wife is a cook; I'm a cleaner and wanted something that was easier to clean than the standard Williams box, keg and Sonoma she bought. That fits the bill and she's happy with the cooking.
