I love these cookie cutters, but they're not just for cookies anymore. I've had them for a few years now and they still look great. They are durable and wash well. The only downside to this 3 piece value set is that you will need 2 racks if you are cooking or entertaining. I bought an extra stand and am so glad I did. These pans are so good for so many reasons: baking cookies and chilling them on a rack, frying food and drying it on a rack, roasting food you want crispy (we make potatoes and cook them on racks in a pan). ), and much more.
