1. Comes in a HUGE box. This is solely due to the packaging material, which ensures that the glass does not break or crack during shipping. But seriously, this thing was huge! I could barely squeeze it through the front door.2. The back is painted Styrofoam which can be very noisy if your pets like to crawl on it (which lizards probably will). There are two small slits on the underside of the foam backing. They are used to feed wires for thermometers and the like. However, they are large enough for insects and small pets to crawl inside. I had to remove the foil several times because my leopard gecko crawled under it and got stuck between the foil and the glass. I've tried sealing it with duct tape, but the foam doesn't hold, and the fake "rocky" shape makes it very impractical. In the end I just removed it completely because crickets could also be hiding behind it. Overall this is still a great terrarium and arrived in perfect condition. The small details above are not enough to deduct a star. Remember to keep this in mind when you end up ordering it!
