I wasn't impressed at first. My first order of this frame arrived bent. Also reorder. Both were shipped to the US in a bubble envelope, which to be honest is totally wrong for shipping a metal frame. Got a full refund for the first one from Revain and didn't even bother to contact them. About the second bent frame I was kinda so tired. I wrote an email to the customer service email address on my order card. I was in complete shock when I got an email back the next morning with a pathetic apology and a photo of a new order, plus a few extras to make up for the disappointment. As this was shipped from China I had to wait a few weeks to receive it but it was worth it. Arrived today, slightly bent in transit but easily repaired. It goes very well with my Lexus NX300 and goes perfectly with the anthracite color of my car. Easy to install with anti-theft screws and I had no problems, it took about ten minutes from start to finish. Overall I am very happy with the end result.
