I'm using this to make a WW pizza where you use 1 cup flour and 1 cup greek yogurt. You can imagine what a sticky mess I was expecting. I really wasn't expecting such high quality for such a low price. I paid a lot more for the nonstick coating and they aren't as good as this one. They have a lot of weight and the bottom part of the crust gets crispy even with a low-fat recipe. I was really expecting a messy clean up as I rolled out the dough in a small pan and really stuffed it into the openings at the bottom. However, the pizza came straight out of the pan. I bought a set for my daughter because I really liked it.
