Excellent quality mini pans! I haven't made my own dough yet, but I make mini pizzas in the fryer with low-carb 7-inch tortillas. You are the perfect size. They are really good quality and easy to clean.

I was hoping that small frozen pizzas would fit in these pans, but the pans are 1/2 to 1 inch smaller in diameter. The pizza is crooked, but after baking, it lies better in the pan because the pizza will shrink, but that's an afterthought. Maybe you can make your own pizza if you make your own dough or use a small tortilla.

These small pizza pans are perfect for making pizza that's just right for you. If you're on a keto diet (like me), buy low-carb tortillas. One for each pan. Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 5 minutes and then remove. Let cool down. Then add pizza sauce etc. Set back for about 8 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and then enjoy!

This is amazing! I use them to make custom pizzas for my family and fall harvest team. I bought 8. Since everyone likes different types of pizza, I can make each person my favorite pizza. DO NOT spray the pan with cooking spray etc.! The pizza pops out easily with a knife/pizza cutter. After baking, let the pizza cool for about five minutes, then take it out of the mold and cut it into 4 pieces with a pizza cutter! Very easy! Simply hand wash in soapy water and let dry.

Ideal for family gatherings. We have different food allergies and different diets in our family. It's impossible to cook a meal that everyone eats. I have two sets and will take another one. The grandkids had so much fun choosing toppings, and their parents ate what suited their diets. My husband thought they were too small at first but once you fill them all we will have trouble making a personal pizza.

I don't understand why so many people are complaining about the size of these pans. Right in the description it says they are only 7 inches in diameter. They are of good thickness, they are not thin. They are the perfect size for custom sized pizzas. They bake evenly, give a thin crust a nice crispy crust, and don't warp in the 400° oven. I've just used them for the first time. It says dishwasher safe, that's where they are now, so hopefully they'll behave well after the wash.

I'm using this to make a WW pizza where you use 1 cup flour and 1 cup greek yogurt. You can imagine what a sticky mess I was expecting.
