Love them. best in my review

I like that it isn’t the dumbbell shape. I have skinny wrists and I don’t like swinging around heavy ended objects because it twists them. I don’t know what the correct physics term is, but the weight distribution is what makes these weights great. And the grip is nice. My friends make fun of me how incredibly phallic they are in person. Maybe go for the green color if you’re not into that.
