When the julep filter arrived the stainless sleeve/cap on the handle slipped off the handle structure. I contacted Justin from Pina Barware who said he had never seen this defect and would send out a replacement screen immediately. Three days later I received a package that included not only a replacement julep strainer, but also a set of Pina Founder's Tin Shakers, a Hawthorne strainer, a jigger and a tote bag! It's clear that Pina takes his brand's reputation very seriously. You have a loyal regular customer in my face!
