I bought this because my bathroom lights are too yellow and it seemed like a good product that (1) could help with the lighting (need white for make- up and other) and (2) be portable in case I need to travel. The package includes (1) flashlight, (2) tripod, (3) phone holder that can be screwed on in place of the flashlight, (4) bluetooth remote control for the shutter? and (5) a phone clip that snaps into place so you can use your phone when using the light. It took a little time to assemble as I was trying to figure out what the parts were, but other than that it was pretty easy. The tripod is very stable. Even with my phone on, the light rotated (and tightened so it stopped moving) so it was easy to point where I wanted it. The light now has three different color settings: white, yellow, and combo, so you're sure to find one that works. It was also very easy to adjust the brightness and it got very bright, see the attached video (if it loads). Of course, you can use the entire setup as a selfie stick, but I haven't tried that.
