Media could not be loaded. I've been using this product for a few weeks to relieve tension in my shoulders and neck. I really like it! The kneading massage is strong enough to be effective and the heat helps relax the muscles. In my opinion, the intensity of the heat is ideal for the neck skin, which is usually more sensitive than other areas such as the back. I like to use it both lying down and sitting down. (I received this product with the warranty card that came with another product I purchased.)
