I am really impressed with this bum bag. I wear it mountain biking and it works really great. It has compression straps that keep the pouch snug on my lower back as I drink water and the reservoir pouch gets smaller. it doesn't vibrate at all. Good belt buckle system. The hose is long enough and has a good closure. the bag is big enough for my tool box, small first aid kit, mini pump, wallet and phone in the main compartment. rubberized keys and a sweat towel in two small side pockets on the waistband and a whopping 1.5 liters of water. kept the water cold for 1 1/2 rides in 90 degree weather. I am very glad that I bought this fashionable bag. I have a feeling my backpack's hydration system will be gathering dust this summer.
