Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

I cooked it several times, it seems to be normal, stewed potatoes with meat taste like from a village oven (awesome). When boiling, it is clear that the bottom is not heated completely all over the circle, but with an indent from the outer edge to the center of three centimeters (in the photo with black dots on the bottom, it boils at the level of these points). That is, the inner cavity of the bottom is not completely filled, but maybe it should be so? But in general, it does its job. I recommend to buy. I want to try making stew in it.

Pros
  • The volume is 9 liters, stainless steel, made with high quality, it cooks normally (there is nothing to compare with, this is the first pressure cooker).
Cons
  • After the first use (cooking pork knuckles), the lid turned a little brown, you can see it in the photo, (but after repeated use and washing it brightened), superficial black dots appeared on the bottom, you can see it in the photo, (the seller says that this is a property of the metal, the same they say on the internet), I tried to boil with citric acid and wash with acetic acid, it doesn’t help, maybe try with a metal sponge? Who faced prompt.
