This fountain works great and is quiet. My cats started using immediately. If you are getting this for a multiple cat household just keep in mind that though is does work, I have to refill mine multiples times a day. It is small and does not hold much water. If you have one or two cats, this should work for you. If you have more cats, get a larger one or multiple ones of these.

I have two senior kitties, and they’re water needs have changed. One had more issues at finding the water level in the bowl. The other only wanted water directly from the faucet. Love this fountain. I will order a second one bc too small for 3 cats, but I love the size bc it’s easy to pick up to rinse out, refresh. Plus you can just add from the top as needed.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations for this fountain. It is stainless steel throughout, which is nice, but might look a little too industrial depending on your decor or where you are planning to put it. Cleaning is a nightmare, since you have to remove the pump and pull through the very long power cable and then pull it back through for reassembly. Water fountain is easy to assemble, and clean. Just wish you could see how much water was in the fountain without stopping it and taking the lid off.

It's the easiest cat fountain I've ever had to clean (4-5 of them), especially since it's stainless steel. Haven't tried it in the dishwasher yet (cats won't do without it that long!) Filters VERY easy to change/remove. Had this fountain for about 1 month, and the cats love it. Need to clean one a week but it is a breeze. Soon will need to replace the filter but that should not be a problem.
