My husband has been building up his home gym and needed a workout bench. I like that this one can be folded up and set aside if we need the space for something else. It has a smooth easy to wipe down surface and is comfortable for lifting weights or doing step-ups. It is pretty solid and better than what I was expecting. This bench can be used inside for other things too - like playing the keyboard or to reach something, haha. My husband thanked me for this bench so he really likes it. I see him out there a lot using it for his training workouts.
