I really think this is a very cute skirt. My only regret is that I bought a size up based on the reviews I read. I had to take the size I usually wear because it's too big for me. The good news is that due to the style, the skirt can sit a little low on my hips and still look good. I suspect that the people who bought this claiming that they run small have large waists compared to their hips. Therefore, when buying this skirt, pay attention to whether the waist and hips are approximately the same size or whether your waist is narrower compared to your hips. I think the skirt is very elegant and as another reviewer said the photo doesn't do it justice. I would recommend this to everyone.
