Review on Pivot + Edge by John May

I've been working with Steve at pivot+edge since 2016 when they were called mbr recruitment. It was one of their first clients so he has done some great work putting together my team over time! He's always quick to respond and very helpful. Our org structure changed quite rapidly due to new leadership but our retention rates have steadily improved as we're able to continue building strong teams where needed across different functions (sales/marketing). I like the ease of use of the platform. It's easy to navigate and the support is great. I think the pricing is a bit high for a small company. You can find better solutions with a lower price point. We have been able to find candidates in a short amount of time and have a better understanding of our hiring needs. We are able to fill our open roles faster and at a lower cost.
