The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

When I bought the goods, there was a promotion - when paying with a Mastercard card, 10 percent will be returned as bonuses. The goods came, but there are no bonuses. Contacting support didn't help at all. They answer with general phrases - there was a failure, the information was transferred to the technical department, wait.
