DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
If I installed it the way I intended it would fit well. Instead, I turned my brain off and blindly followed the instructions that came with it, and when I went to install it after cutting it out, it was too short. If you look at the included instructions, you will see how it happened. What you need to do is insert a rod into one end THEN mark the rod 1/8" smaller than the other end. It also got a star for strength and value because it's a very cheap plastic that bends easily unlike a plastic stem.was a replacement.I will find another seller with a stronger stem.
