In 6 weeks, a storm sewer and a new water supply were installed on our street. We're a house down from the beachhead, so we saw a constant parade of dump trucks and earth movers. My grandson was happy. His birthday coincided with the end of construction and we gave him this set as a gift. He went to the sandbox to repeat what he had seen for several weeks. It's almost impossible to get him back. The toys are very sturdy although I don't know how they can hold up as the little man insists on taking them after the sandpit!
