I like that it is very easy to set up, there are several payment options available for companies of varying sizes, as well as cloud backup features which ensure my data stays safe! The customer support team can be somewhat slow in responding at times but otherwise have been good about their work ethic/responsiveness within an expected response time frame (weeks). We use this system primarily for payroll purposes; however we also utilize some custom fields with our workforce tracking software to help us keep track of employee hours worked each week - but those additional custom field values do not sync between systems when using somreli so they don't show properly unless you manually adjust them after logging into the application. They've helped me resolve issues related specifically to Payroll & Benefits where my previous vendor was difficult or impossible to get answers from regarding specific questions pertaining to pay rates.
