I installed them in my 2014 Ford Focus - a very easy task since you can remove the complete headlight unit after removing 2 screws (you'll need a T30 torx bit). Then I tested them using my lux meter. I parked the car 8 feet from my closed garage door and looked for the brightest spot. The halogen light was 700 Lux, the Sealight LED headlight was 1300 Lux, about 2 times brighter. Subjectively the LED lights were brighter, too, when I drove around at night, with a good light pattern. No rating on longevity yet after just 1 day. I also had ordered another set of H11 LED lights (search for B08F9TB5PS) by accident, which I measured at 1700 Lux, and are subjectively brighter, too. So - sorry to say - these Sealight LEDs are going back.Note that Lux just measures light intensity at a specific point, I have no way to verify the claim about the total light output (Lumens).
