We were very happy to buy these slippers for my almost 3 year old child. It is always on the move and socks are not suitable for our wooden floors as it is very slippery. Instead of wearing shoes all day, we wanted a pair of slippers that he can wear indoors. What I like best about them are the velcro straps because while he CAN take them off, the extra effort it takes keeps him from playing on and off all day. It has a hard sole that looks like plastic and I was a little apprehensive about that when I first saw them out of the box but he said they were very comfortable, he could walk in them without slipping and they had not get hurt. Definitely floors. The only thing I would like to say negatively (if you can consider it a negative at all, more for information) is that the shoes felt a bit small for us. My son is between 7 and 8 in regular toddler shoes. Eights leave a lot of extra wiggle room. I think the ones we ordered were an 8 or 8.5 and they fit him perfectly. In general very satisfied. Appears to be of good quality. Can't say anything about durability yet as we've only had it for a week.
