Works/Glows With UV Light

KIISIISO Portable UV Disinfection Lamp Compact Handheld Sterilization Wand UV-C Germicidal Sterilizer 100% UV-C Beads 7 UV-C Lamp Beads For the home office on the go The backlit test strips from go HotelShining shows that UV light is used. So if UV light is effective against bacteria and viruses, this light should work. The light is nice and compact. It fits easily in a suitcase or travel bag, or even in your pocket. The switch requires some force to turn on, so you don't have to worry about accidentally turning it on when you keep it in your suitcase. It's durable and the handle is nicely designed for comfortable holding. The area where the light hits is quite small. While it might be fine for small items like keys or glasses, disinfecting a larger object would be routine. Also, I'm not sure about the instructions on the product page above. They say 10 seconds is enough, but a lot of what I've read about this type of technology says it takes minutes, not seconds, to clean up. But who knows, because there's no real way to verify that it's doing what it's supposed to do. My biggest problem is that there is no security. You can turn it upside down and look straight into the light. Don't do this, as UV light can cause healthy cells to mutate. It destroys bacteria and viruses by damaging their DNA. It can also damage the DNA of skin and eye cells. In general, this is a normal device. I would give more stars if it had a built in fuse.
