Seems to be a well made tool. He does exactly what he says and not much more. For this asking amount I would have expected some in-app connectivity or additional features, but they seem to have become dated and have simply made this a very reliable tool that should stand up to day-to-day abuse and use. I was able to use this when building/replacing the frame of a wall that was knocked down by a hurricane. He did a great job helping me make it even and square. I really like this tool, but I think it is best used by a professional who uses it almost every day. So true! I tested it with a similar brand that was recently calibrated and it proved to be accurate. The laser was very, very visible compared to the red lasers I've dealt with in the past (green works much better in brighter rooms) and was able to guide me in what I was doing. The keys feel sturdy, but not bulky or indifferent. The tool has an outer layer that seems to protect it from falls (but I would try not to drop precision laser tools if possible). Pros: Does what it says on the tin Precise Green laser is very bright Has an oscillating or latching mode Comes with a nice case and batteries (3 AA) Cons: Value (if not used often but reliable and accurate) This is a good set and I would do recommend it be considered by professionals/contractors and DIY enthusiasts.
