This chair is strong where you need it. I had another brand and the back broke after six months. I recline a lot so I knew this chair wouldn't last long because it was mostly plastic. It has metal where it counts. The assembly was easy and uncomplicated. The screws went in easily and I only had one that didn't line up, but that was because I tightened the other three before putting the fourth in place. I loosened all three screws then put in the fourth and they all went in smoothly. I like the back because it's made of mesh and doesn't get hot when sitting for a long time. The material is a lot heavier than I expected so I was very happy with it because it looks like it will last. The chair has an adjustable headrest that slides up and down and tilts. Under the seat is a height adjustment and backrest tensioner. Both armrests fold up and out of the way if you want. The wheels roll and spin easily as you move things. I didn't feel like I was going to fall even if I leaned back hard. The foam cushion is soft and I've been using this chair in my home office for the past few weeks, about 8 hours a day. Very comfortable and would recommend to friends and family. The price is a bit higher than what I could pay for an office chair, but it's worth every penny as the quality seems very solid. I will most likely buy another chair for my wife if her company decides to let her work from home full time.
