I would have ordered this a long time ago if I had known how fun and useful it would be for my young gymnast. She plays with it all the time and it definitely improves her ability to perform backward jumps and other movements. My daughter is 8 and 24 inches and definitely fits her. I think you need at least a 10 or 11 for a 30" to be the right size. It comes with a pump, but I used my own air compressor and hose that was provided to inflate it. Saved a lot of time and effort.
