I like how it can be set up for different types of alerts (for example, if you're working with an office that has multiple locations). It's also great because you don't have to remember anything about your schedule - just tell edward what time zone you are currently located in and when you want him/her notified! As far as any downsides go, there aren't really many at this point. The only thing is that sometimes some emails may not get through correctly due to email servers being slow etc., but we've found ways around it so no big deal. We use Edwared primarily for our daily work schedules. This way my co-workers know exactly where they need to show up everyday without having me constantly remind them throughout each day.
