My God! What a piece of shit! I bought this particular pile of poo because it was a cable connected to a DVR with one or more cameras. I didn't want Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities that are too easy to hack. I didn't need an app on my phone. I didn't want the company that sold me the system to have backdoor admin skills. Well I found out these vulnerabilities are written to disk and I can't change them? I spoke to their Chinese customer service team to get answers but it was a waste of time due to the appalling language barrier and our inability to communicate and understand each other. My system was hacked and the password was changed twice! Also, I read on their company's FAQ page that the cameras and dashcam still communicate with each other even though they aren't wired! cabin you say.hack! It wasn't mentioned in their literature at the time of purchase, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time. So disappointing that there is no real possibility of a peaceful solution due to the language barrier. Oh, and every time I got locked out of my system I had to speak to support to set a new password! What a nightmare and a very bad joke!
