Product is too hard and clogged
The material of the product is much harder than other similar grill cleaners. That means it lasts a lot longer, but it's not necessarily clean. In the attached picture you can see that the grease from the grill accumulates on the cleaning surface, rendering it unusable; the stone no longer "bites" but simply slides over the grill surface. It's like a piece of sandpaper that stops working because it's clogged with the material being sanded. I have not given up and will try to clean the surface with a pumice stone to restore the original cleaning surface. But I don't have to!
