We bought our third Black Stone Grill and we couldn't have done without this product. Cleans well and is safe to use in the pan.

It does not clean the grill as well as expected. The promise is too soft and does not remove any material on the stainless steel grill.

Bought this for my mother in law who grills too much and she loves it. Very good grill cleaner, comes with 2 extra spare pumice stones. The product lasts a long time so you can use it many times and it cleans very well. She is always ready for the next cooking!

Only partially cleans the top of the grill I know you should wear this to the grill - but how long would it take - was that months? Leaves rock dust behind that needs to be wiped off or it will end up in your food. Not a fan at all. At least I don't eat wire bristles or fusible fiber brushes. Questions minus stone dust.

The material of the product is much harder than other similar grill cleaners. That means it lasts a lot longer, but it's not necessarily clean. In the attached picture you can see that the grease from the grill accumulates on the cleaning surface, rendering it unusable; the stone no longer "bites" but simply slides over the grill surface. It's like a piece of sandpaper that stops working because it's clogged with the material being sanded. I have not given up and will try to clean the surface…
