I like that you get to be in front of your clients as they realize this new vision for their business, which was carefully designed by yours truly! The fact you have so much time with all parties involved before any action plans are created and implemented really helps the sales process go smoothly when there's more than one side coming together to do something awesome! Clear Action has done such an excellent job designing our website; it makes me feel happy just thinking about how beautiful we look now compared ot where things were pre-Clearaction! Nothing--that I'm aware of yet anyway :) We met at SBC Conference last year (in Chicago!) because my client was already working very closely w/ them over email--and he mentioned his frustration regarding SEO & marketing online. In short order, Matt came up w/ some great ideas from which she had heard nothing else since then. And voila -we're back out promoting again in no small measure thanks to Matt's creativity and expertise!! The tool is easy to use, has a great dashboard and is very intuitive. It's also very flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs. There are some features that could be improved like the way the data is presented in the reports. I would recommend this product for any business looking to improve their customer service. We've been able to identify problems with our customers and quickly fix them. This has helped us improve our retention rate.
