Review on New England Network Solutions, Inc. by Todd Phillips

The team at NEBS is very friendly & always willing t help! They are great about explaining things so you know what's going forward with your website or other products they offer like hosting/cloud servers etc.... I have no complaints but feel that we haven't really found out each others strengths yet when it comes time to make recommendations of our needs vs theirs as far their product offerings go - this was my suggestion after some initial meetings where all seemed well though there were questions which needed answering before signing off any contracts (eCommerce store setup). Nothing too major here just more good communication between ourselves would be nice if possible :) We do not use them now because another provider offered us better deals elsewhere however looking back over past years i'm sure many happy customers will attest to how helpful these guys can sometimes prove themselves even without charging much per hour ;).
