I love parchment. simplifies cleaning. I've cut it in half for my cookie cutters, used it for collars for my panettone, loved calling on paneer to make a standard paneer cheesecake and it worked fantastic. I use it for fusible appliques as well as for drawing and gluing. In the project I made carnival masks out of puff pastry paint. Then I glued it to my face with eyelash glue. I love that these are flat sheets. I hated handling rolled parchment. I don't like thin box. It appears to be vacuum packed, so when you open the dispenser the sheets expand and you end up pulling out several at once. It also doesn't close, so you'll need to find a place to fit the entire box to keep the parchment clean.
