Pros below: Small and light The heart rate monitor is very accurate. As accurate as an optical wrist-based heart rate monitor can be. The GPS is also highly accurate (the chip is huge and goes to the strap). Not as accurate on a running track as a phone (thanks to app algorithms that pull the track into the heatmap). On the marked track, it proved to be more accurate than the Garmin 5 (at the half marathon, I counted 300 additional meters, while the Garmin 800). Cons: There is no way to create complex interval workouts. An incomprehensible situation with two applications. Suunto Movescout is no longer supported, the new Suunto App. When synchronizing with it, a bunch of messages appear that all Movescout functions become unavailable. Next come the cons of Suunto App: Intervals cannot be enabled in a sport mode created with Suunto App (unlike Movescout). Creating routes on iOS does not actually work, you can only put the first point. Loading routes in gpx is not obvious: Suunto App does not have a button to import the file, but if you try to open it, the phone itself opens Suunto App and the route becomes available.
