Bugs Out Air In is the best sunshade
I lived in my jeep for about 2 weeks while traveling west. They were easy to use and definitely a big help. It was made so that the bugs couldn't get in, but the air could. The only issue I had was they didn't fit the front and rear windows. PS: Note that they do not protect against people looking into your car.
