I have 35 years of multimeter experience as an electronics technician, calibration technician, aerospace instrument technician and general handyman repairing equipment at home. We know when the $400 Fluke 87 is needed and when a cheaper DMM is the way to go. This is amazing value for a DMM under $20. A range of 10 amps is a very BIG plus for a meter at such a low price. The battery test that actually charges the battery under test is a great feature. It's a very good balance of features and a very low price for typical home projects. It's so cheap I bought it to always have in our trailer and it's so small it doesn't take up much space in the toolbox.
