The product sales page shows an image of 3 locks in a box wrapped in shrink wrap. This means that all locks have the same keys. Other reviewers state that they received a package containing all three locks with the same keys. The fact that the locks have the same keys was the reason I bought this item. I received 2 padlocks in a shrink-wrapped box that only contained 2 padlocks (package or brand not as shown in the picture on the sales page). I received a third lock which was basically the bottom of another package of two locks but that package was cut in half and the bottom lock was boxed and sent to me. This third lock did not have the same key as the first two. And even though it was a PRIME item, it couldn't be returned. Don't risk this product. Look for an alternative
