The clasp does not click into place

When trying to adjust the strap, the instructions are awful, the clasp cannot be locked to prevent slipping and final locking. You have to take it to a jeweler. If it doesn't work they will return it. It shouldn't be that hard.

Pros

So pretty, maybe too pretty for paramedics

Cons

Pretty bad quality. It doesn't stay buttoned up as advertised. I would like to return or borrow it because it is engraved
