Having just started English Paper Piecing I chose this one because all the experts recommended using thread conditioners. It really works. This helps avoid tangles and knots (and if I do get a knot it will be easier for me to untie the thread), allows me to use a longer length of thread than I would think (but not too long), and allows the thread to easily pass through the cloth. Does not grease or stain fabric. I would not do without EPP. Looking at the small container you might think there isn't much product in it, but the thread is so thin there isn't much of it in there. I've been seeing a container of this durable material for quite some time. Keep the lid tightly closed.
