Exactly what I was hoping for
Heats up quickly. hot enough to use good acrylic high temp glue, it's big and a bit heavy meaning it will be hard to break, it's very well insulated. will not melt your carpet or start a fire. and of course at a reasonable price. I used to buy cheap glue guns, but I'm glad I finally got a good one. highly recommended.
