UPDATE: Purchased in May. In July, I noticed that the brushes responsible for sweeping the dirt into the trash can weren't spinning smoothly. I had to struggle with the brush angle and pressure to get the brushes to move. Now the broom requires so much effort and time on my part to get the brushes to spin that I'd rather use a regular broom and dustpan. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem I'd love to hear it because I liked Easy Edge although it worked fine. Ideal for fast work. You have to press lightly and at right angles on the smooth wooden floor to rotate the brushes or they will scrape the surface and push the dirt forward instead of picking it up. Doesn't work as well as my Dyson cordless vacuum but then again this nifty vacuum doesn't need to be charged so it's always ready to go, perfect for spot cleaning, much cheaper than a vacuum and much quieter. I am very happy with it.
