Terrible packaging!
I love this product but the packaging is a nightmare. The bottles are too hard to squeeze, so I always have to take the cap off and give it a bang to get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle. The photo shows the dispenser on these bottles, but I didn't have one. Having one would make it a lot easier.
