I gave this product five stars for everything. I didn't put a 20lb rockin in my bag but I don't feel like I need it. I use these grocery delivery bags to put my orders in my own bag when restaurants aren't packing properly, which I think is good presentation. I've used them several times and they work fantastic. I like the capacity of the bags. I like that it has handles. it works fine for what i intended. I would recommend them. The company seems very interested in how the customer thinks about their products and I love that. So you got my five star bag rating and I highly recommend them. PS, they also protect the food from bad weather like rain or snow and protect the order long enough for the customer to collect when the orders are thrown at the customer's doorstep.
