Arrived in good condition, all zips work and have fuses for added security. The bonus bowl is a plus. She's pretty solid overall, a little heavier on her own and with my large fluffy cat (approx 16lbs) she was pretty heavy but not terrible at all! As expected. she could sit quite comfortably. She was nervous at first, but once she saw the stability, she liked it. I like the color (mine is grey), it has padding on the bottom so it's softer to sit on. Chest straps in front are also good for a better grip. I didn't think anything over 20 pounds would fit in comfortably, but it has opened new doors for my cat and I. After reading some reviews this seemed like the best option for price and style! Love it.
