At the time of writing the retail price is not available, so I cannot comment on "value for money". But I can honestly say that this is a well made multimeter that is very flexible and includes some features not usually found on typical multimeters. I haven't tested some of the features yet and probably won't in the foreseeable future. For example, I don't have off-circuit transistors. But other features are great to have. The voltage and resistance readings were accurate with my other meters, and the temperature readings were accurate compared to my regular thermometers. What impressed me the most was the temperature display. It was really handy to also have a quick-read thermometer when I was doing some testing on the HVAC system recently. The build quality is solid, as are the sensors. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this multimeter. It's far more flexible than most other devices and is a great addition to any homeowner's toolbox.
