Review on 🍳 Zojirushi EP-RAC50 Gourmet d'Expert: The Ultimate 1350-Watt Electric Skillet by Wayne Ohlrogge

I've had this appliance for 3 months now and I'm sorry I waited so long to purchase it. This is a fantastic electric skillet and pot combo. I can cook potato pancakes in a pan and make soup in a pot. Inserts are lighter, easy to clean and wipe dry. To be honest I had a front burner problem in my gas range that cost $350 to repair or replace a 20 year old cooktop. This item has enabled me to get over 80% of my cooking needs and I no longer miss this gas burner. I think this would be the perfect device for a person/couple opening up a kitchen or maybe a dorm room. The only very small problem I have is connecting the cable to the base. It's perfect for security, its connection is more magnetic than "plugging" into a fitting. So if someone trips over the cord and it's on the dining table, the pan and its contents are likely to stay where they are. However, if it's on the kitchen counter, double check the cord before use to make sure it's still attached to the base.
