I was a little apprehensive when ordering these dowels. I needed 3/8" for my current project and pre-drilled the holes I needed. Of course, the dowels were metric and didn't fit properly. I was able to drive the dowels in with a hammer, but they were so tight I was scared that I could split the piece I was working on. I tested 1/64 and 1/32 larger drill holes for the 3/8 dowels I used. Both hole sizes fit snugly, but I used a 25/64 for this "Drill selected. Project. So be aware that although the seller uses inches when describing his dowels (he uses metric at one point), if you use US measurements you will need to adjust the bit size. Otherwise they seem to be working fine. The main reason I gave them a low rating is because I need to keep them labeled and separate from my other inventory.
